Safety is no
accident!
  
Again, in
2007, SKIHI's Safety Program has earned recognition by receiving the ABC's most
prestigious Platinum Level STEP Award. Since this award's inception, in
1999, SkiHi has received it each year.
Our Safety Committee, consisting of
seven employees representing our apprentices through superintendents,
meet
on a monthly basis to air employee comments and suggestions, review
accidents and make recommendations to management.
In addition to weekly "Tool Box
Safety Meetings," on each jobsite, our "New Employee Safety
Training Program," and our new "Safety Incentive
Program," our Safety Director has completed the OSHA 500 course.
Thus enabling us to conduct 10 hour and 30 hour OSHA Training in house.
