2005 Associated Builders and Contractors SKIHI won Eagle at the 2005 National Excellence in Construction Awards for our work at PharmaFab Liquid Pharmaceutical Line. We submitted the project under the Mechanical Industrial under $2 Million division. And we won an Award of Merit for The Carter for Cancer and Blood Disorders, submitted under the Mechanical Commercial Under $2 Million division. 2005 North Texas Awards SKIHI was awarded first place for the following projects submitted to the local Excellence in Construction Awards:
2005 Safety Training & Evaluation Process STEP Award SKIHI earned the Platinum level in our efforts to maintain a safe work environment.
2004 Associated Builders and Contractors SKIHI was awarded first place in the National Excellence in Construction Awards for the work we did on the DFW Airport People Mover De-Icing System. We submitted the project under the Mechanical Industrial $5 - $10 Million division. 2004 North Texas Awards SKIHI was awarded first place for the following projects submitted to the local Excellence in Construction Awards:

We submitted the project under the Mechanical Commercial $2 - $5 Million division. 2003 North Texas Awards SKIHI was awarded first place for each of the three projects we submitted to the local Excellence in Construction Awards. These projects were Addition to SBC Jones Stadium in Lubbock - Mechanical Commercial $2 - $5 Million, Cook Children's Hospital Expansion in Fort Worth - Mechanical Commercial $5 - $10 Million, Private Estate Guest and Pool House in Dallas - Specialty/Residential. 2001 North Texas Awards In 2001 SKIHI was awarded first place on the local level for our presentation of Charles Schwab AMS II Facility and Amon Carter Fountain Texas Tech University. The categories were Mechanical/Industrial $2 - $5 Million and Specialty/Site work respectively. 2000 Associated Builders and Contractors Excellence in Construction Awards SKIHI was awarded First Place on the local level for our presentation on the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport Rental Car Facility. The category was Mechanical/Commercial $5 - $99 Million

Texas Construction, December 2004 Two of the projects that SKIHI Enterprises worked on were selected as the "Best of 2004" by Texas Construction magazine. SKIHI worked on the University of North Texas Health Sciences Building in Fort Worth, Texas with Austin Commercial. This project won the Award of Excellence - Higher Education/Research. Texas Tech University Jones SBC Stadium Expansion in Lubbock, Texas won the Award of Merit, Sports/Entertainment. We worked on this project with Lee Lewis Construction in Lubbock.

October 18, 2004 In 2004, the construction industry continued growing slowly, and SKIHI Enterprises was again listed in the article "The Top 600 Specialty Contractors" in October of 2004. This year, SKIHI was ranked number 240, with an almost 20% increase in revenue over the previous year.
