At SKIHI, our Estimating Department wears several hats. Under the direction of Coy Skipper, Executive Vice President, we operate three (5) QUICKPEN Estimating Systems. These systems are all loaded with the latest mechanical and sheetmetal estimating versions of Quickpen Autobid.

In our Fiscal Year of 2007, which ended June 30, 2007 - SKIHI performed in excess of $115 Million of plumbing, piping and sheetmetal project estimating. The success rate for the estimating department average 15% depending on market conditions. In addition, our estimating group has also provided over $175 Million worth of "conceptual estimating" as a service to our customers. As a compliment to our estimating service, the estimators provided needed support to the operations group by handling the purchase of over $6 Million worth of rough-in materials.
