SKIHI has continually strived to maintain an edge in our detailing capabilities by upgrading not only our talent but the software and hardware necessary to develop accurate and useful drawings.

  Our detailers are extremely experienced with an average of 25 years in the industry. We utilize CADPIPE for plumbing and piping and Shop Data Systems (SDS) for our sheetmetal detailing. Both of these programs are 3-D with the capability to download into any AutoCad based BIM system, including Revit and Navisworks. This allows for a complete modeling of the installed systems in order to confirm the integrity of the installation before we start work.

  In addition, our software programs allow us to extract a complete bill of materials directly from the drawings that insures all materials delivered to the job sites are accurate and complete.
