Most supervisors have attended the 10 hour Training and Component Person Training. Safety Certificates are available upon request. In-house Safety Training at company meetings are always a top issue. We offer service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Management personnel evaluate each building to determine the most effective solution to create energy savings, safety issues, and our commitment to serve the customer in the most efficient and competitive manner.
Design-Build Services: SKIHI has, over the years, developed a feel for the value of mechanical systems of all types. We are capable of preparing budget amounts for these mechanical systems from simple floor plans. These budgets can be shown based on the current types of systems utilized in today's technology. SKIHI has the capability to prepare construction documents based on our own in-house design. We possess the latest ASHRAE loaded calculation computer programs for determining design requirements. We have a detailing staff that can produce these documents complete with professional engineers' stamp. SKIHI is pleased to offer these types of services to its customers who use the "team" approach in pursuing their projects and customers.
